PAYMENT

• Dear Gypsy accept all major credit cards. 

• Sorry Cali residents, 8.75% applies to all orders shipped to California addresses; Uncle Sam is an a**hole.

SHIPPING

• We use USPS for all of our shipping and we ship Monday-Friday. Most orders are shipped the next day, but all are shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on Friday will generally ship on the following Monday. 

• U.S. Clients: Once shipped, domestic mail generally takes 3-5 business days (up to 10 days during Christmas & Valentine's Day) to arrive. Although we adore the USPS, sometimes mail can be delayed. If you do not receive your order within seven business days of shipping, please contact us right away.

• Please make sure your address on file is correct, that's where we'll be mailing your goods. 

• Dear Gypsy is not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses. In the event your package is returned to us due to an incorrectly provided address, we will be unable to reship the item(s) until a second shipping charge is collected from the buyer. If you choose to not pay the second shipping charge, we'll be happy to cancel the sale and refund you the purchase price (minus the initial shipping charge). 

• Dear Gypsy is not responsible for late packages due to weather conditions or delays with the USPS.
