Shipypping & Returns
• We use USPS for all of our shipping and we ship Monday-Friday. Most orders are shipped the next day, but all are shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on Friday will generally ship on the following Monday.
• U.S. Clients: Once shipped, domestic mail generally takes 3-5 business days (up to 10 days during Christmas & Valentine's Day) to arrive. Although we adore the USPS, sometimes mail can be delayed. If you do not receive your order within seven business days of shipping, please contact us right away.
• Please make sure your address on file is correct, that's where we'll be mailing your goods.
• Dear Gypsy is not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses. In the event your package is returned to us due to an incorrectly provided address, we will be unable to reship the item/s until a second shipping charge is collected from the buyer. If you choose to not pay the second shipping charge, we'll be happy to cancel the sale and refund you the purchase price (minus the initial shipping charge).
• Dear Gypsy is not responsible for late packages due to weather conditions or delays with the USPS.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
• Due to the nature of our merchandise we are unable to accept returns except for defective items. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions. Defective items must be received by us no more than 7 days after the original delivery date in order to be eligible for a refund.
• If a mistake is made on our end, we will gladly replace your item free of charge and beg for your forgiveness.
• Please be aware that monitor colors vary greatly- colors may appear different in person. Dear Gypsy is not responsible for these variations.
